This means they've finally ticked off the most sought-after languages for the software. Now, customers can easily spot the variations in their preferred graphical languages, making it a breeze to catch errors and speed up code reviews. Enjoy!

Copia is thrilled to unveil the latest advancements in functionality for B&R Automation Studio. We are now offering rendering capabilities for Ladder Diagrams (.ld files). With this exciting update, our customers can conveniently visualize their Ladder changes within the Copia web and desktop app. This enhanced feature allows users to gain a clearer understanding of the modifications made and the reasons behind them, with every commit. 

The Issues feature in Copia is a tool that allows users to track and manage bugs, feature requests, and other tasks within a code repository.

We are excited to announce some new Rockwell Merge flow updates, that provide better guidance, feedback and information needed to make Advanced Merge easier and more successful! These updates include:

•    Analyzing files before merging to identify missing data, such as EDS files

•    Providing detailed data about missing files

•    Step-by-step walkthrough of the merge process

•    Options for review and download of merged data for testing before commit

•    Options for the user to perform a local merge and upload/commit the results

We’re pleased to announce that we have released support for Rockwell Studio 5000 v35! Copia now supports v28-35 of Logix Designer.

Our team has been dedicating efforts to enhance our system's internal performance, aiming to save valuable time for our clients during the conversion and render process. 

We are thrilled to announce that we have successfully completed this initiative, and the results to date are impressive. In some instances, such as with larger Siemens TIA Portal projects, we have observed a 70% decrease in conversion time and an 80% decrease in render time. These advancements are crucial to the foundational features of our DevOps focus on source control for automation, and we hope our customers are enjoying these improvements. 

We are committed to continuing our work on improving the usability and performance of our product in the coming months.

Copia Automation now supports the automatic backup of Siemens Step7 TIA Portal projects via DeviceLink.  This includes support for v15.1 through v18.  Single and multi-station projects are supported.  

With DeviceLink, you can monitor your devices for change, and keep a complete history of any updates made at the controller.  The DeviceLink auto-commit feature will keep your repository "up to date" with the latest project changes.  In addition, with Copia's git-based source control, you can choose to merge device-level changes back into development branches, including review and approval options to complement your internal processes.
